USITC: Polyester Textured Yarn From Four Asian Nations Injures US Industry

The United States International Trade Commission has ruled that domestic polyester textured yarn producers were "materially injured" by imports from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam sold at less than fair value.
